Top Crumps: runners up and the winner
The winners and runners up in the f2009 Top Crumps photo competition
25 January 2010
The winner of Top Crumps was this excellent homage to Rupert Brooke. In a unanimous decision, the judges awarded points for style and humour; a £20 token for Housman’s bookshop goes to the winner. No prizes for the runners up, beyond our admiration, but Best Location went to Jack Cohen-Joppa for his Crumps outside the US airbase where A-10 pilots are trained; while the Richard Would Have Been Proud prize went to Virginia Moffat and Chris Cole for their stealthy, if ephemeral, addition to the Oxford Martyr’s Memorial. Well done everyone!
